Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within three business days. Each item is handcrafted in small batches, and we take care to pack your order with attention and quality.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes between two and seven days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the estimated restock or shipping date. Some products require additional curing time due to our small batch process.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your package. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If a product is unused and unopened, please contact us to determine eligibility for a return.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If any part of your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@saponiq.com and we will make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non Returnable Items

Gift cards and opened personal care products cannot be returned.
